How does DiineOut Points work? It’s simple!
- Every purchase of a product or event on DiineOut earns you points.
- You earn 2 points for every ringgit you spend. These points can be used on all products and experiences on DiineOut.
- To redeem your points, enter the number of points you wish to use at checkout.
How do I sign-up to earn DiineOut Points?
Firstly you will need to purchase a product to earn points. Once you have selected the product you want to purchase, follow these simple steps:
- Click on Your Cart
- Click on Checkout
- Fill in your details and “Create Account Password”
Your purchase will be automatically tied to this account; simply complete the process by clicking the verification link sent to your email.
Done! You can now earn DiineOut Points through your purchases!
Is there a limit to how many DiineOut Points I can earn?
Nope! There are no limits and you can earn as many DiineOut Points as you want… to infinity and beyond!
How long do my DiineOut Points last?
Your DiineOut Points will expire 12 months from the date of issuance.
Where can I check my DiineOut Points records?
Your point balance and usage records are available in your “My Account” page located at the top-right of the page.
When will I receive my DiineOut Points?
Once payment is completed, you will receive the points for your order after the goods have been shipped out to you.
I didn’t receive my DiineOut Points after I made my order… What should I do?
No worries! Just Whatsapp 018-2012821 or send an email to our team at [email protected] to file a report. Our team will contact you as soon as possible to help.
Can I convert my DiineOut Points into cash or transfer it to my friends?
Nope, sorry 🙁 DiineOut Points are non-convertible and non-transferable.
Can I buy points for myself or for a friend as a gift?
