Fine-dining aficionados are in for an exquisite treat this Nov 22 at Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur’s Horizon Grill.
Enjoy the talents of two highly-celebrated guest chefs from two of Singapore’s most acclaimed restaurants, cooking in synergy with Horizon Grill’s own resident chefs as the prestigious San Pellegrino Guest Chef Series comes to town!
For the first time in Malaysia, diners will be feted with a distinctive six-course dinner, a collaboration between Banyan Tree KL and world-renowned San Pellegrino & Acqua Panna, the purveyors and connoisseurs of unique taste and culinary experiences.
Featured chefs are Chef Tamara Chavez, Head Chef of Tono Cevicheria, the pioneering authentic Peruvian cevicheria in Singapore, and Chef Kurt Sombero, who heads the kitchen of Meatsmith Little India, the island-state’s first restaurant combining Indian tastes with American Barbeque.
Both will be collaborating with Horizon Grill’s resident Chef De Cuisine, Chef Daniel Wong and Pastry Chef, Chef Fodil Baghal to come up with a truly-one of a kind offering for the occasion!
