How to invite friends?
Firstly you will need to Log in to your DiineOut account via the ‘Login’ button the top-right corner of the screen.
Once you are logged in, follow these simple steps:
- Click on My Account
- Click on Generate Referral Link
- Copy your unique referral link
- Click on the ‘+’ symbol
- Choose your preferred social media platform & share your link with your friends!
Done! You can now share your unique referral link with all your friends.
When will I get my DiineOut Friend Referral Points?
For your referrals to successfully earn you points, your friends must:
1. Be a first time customer of DiineOut.com
2. Sign up for a DiineOut account using your unique referral link.
**DiineOut tracks non-logged-in visitors by your internet IP address. Please ensure your friend is not on the same WiFi network as you during signup, so that our system can recognise that this person is not you.
2. Your friend must make at least 1 purchase from DiineOut.com within 30 days of being referred.
3. After your friend’s first purchase, RM10 DiineOut Referral points will be added to both you and your friend’s account!
Where can I check my Referral Points?
Go to your “My Account” located at the top-right of the page, your referral points earned will be shown in your Referral Table.
Is there a limit to how many friends I can invite?
Nope! There are no limits and you can invite as many friends as you like!
How long do my DiineOut Points last?
Your DiineOut Points will expire 12 months from the date of issuance.
I didn’t receive my Referral Points after my friend made an order… What should I do?
No worries! Just Whatsapp 018-2012821 or send an email to our team at [email protected] to file a report. Our team will contact you as soon as possible to help.
