History of Bodegas Campillo
At Bodegas Campillo the vineyard and the winery comprise an indissoluble union: a winery open to a great vineyard; or an exceptional vineyard from which a great winery arises. Bodegas Campillo is one of the few examples of the Château model in Rioja. Surrounded by 50 hectares of vineyards and sheltered by the Sierra Cantabria, Bodegas Campillo is located in the heart of Rioja Alavesa, in the medieval town of Laguardia.
Owning vast tracts of vineyards, we can control the final quality of our wines from the beginning. This is a constant in our entire range, with a unique style and personality.
Only by caring for the grapes from the start can you get the best wine, and in this, we are experts.
