Tasting Notes
Colour: An attractive gold color announces the intensity of this cuvée. Bubbles are tightly knit.
Nose: The nose is lively vinosity. The floral freshness coupled with fruity nuances precedes a beautiful minerality.
Palate: With a predominance of Chardonnay, this tightly crisp wine has a steely, mineral character. It is tight, tense and nervy while not losing sight of lemon and white fruit flavors. Finely structured and impressive, it has a well-balanced dosage to round things out at the end.
Grape Varieties: Champagne blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir
Awards: 91pts – Wine Spectator; 92pts – Wine Enthusiast; 90pts – Gilbert & Gaillard
