Colour: Pale pink with an amber tinge, fine steady bubbles
Nose: Strong on the nose with hints of strawberry, this champagne offers intensive fruity aromas.
Palate: The chardonnay that represents half of the blend is giving is freshness, but also longevity. It is full in the mouth with a touch of tannin and bitterness from the recent bottling. It is tight at the end, crisp and needing some bottle age. Drink after 2015.
