Tasting Notes
Colour: Clean, bright, straw coloured with golden glints, soft bubbles and nice rim.
Aroma: Fruity (white fruit, apple), flower and honey hints.
Palate: Sweet, smooth, with good carbonic integration on the palate. Long fruit touch due to its maceration on the lees. Pairs well with cold meats or duck. Also great with strong flavoured cheeses, baked potatoes and mushrooms. It matches with salted fish and seafood, caviar and cava is an excellent mix.
Grape Varieties: Macabeo, Chardonnay
Aging: 12 hours maceration, fermentation temperature 16 ºc. At least 9 months in latte.
