Colour: Bright, straw yellow. The perlage is delicate and persistent.
Aroma: Intense and elegant aroma of Acacia flowers with particular notes of apple, lemon and grapefruit.
Palate: Good structure, soft with notes of fruit, balanced and savoury. Pleasant and harmonious on the palate. Perfect as aperitif served with battered vegetables, fried food, cheese, and cold pasta. Excellent with raw fish such as oysters, prawns and truffles.

Leading Terre di Rai is Sandra De Giusti, an entrepreneur who has not had any delay in taking the path that today allows her to work alongside her three children, sharing their great passion for vine cultivation and wine production. A passion that has been handed down for generations and that still today accompanies and marks the work in the vineyards of a family of peasant origins. The lands are those that belonged to the oldest count families present in the territory and made productive and even more fertile and generous by the arms of its sharecroppers. Sandra, flanked by her children, today becomes the guardian of these lands embroidered by infinite expanses of native vineyards on the left of the Piave, in the province of Treviso.
