Enjoy the Spring and Happiness Set at RM2,213.28 nett per table of 10 persons, where you’ll begin by tossing a uniquely-prepared soft shell crab yee sang. Savour dishes such silver catfish steamed with a sauce of Chinese herbs and lotus seeds, and a savoury Hong Kong-style lap mei fun to settle the previous courses as you enjoy the company of loved ones this Lunar New Year.

There’s also the Prosperity Set at RM2,531.28 nett, also for a table of 10 persons. Start off the New Year with an extravagant sea urchin (uni) and salmon skin. Sip on rich, unctuous double-boiled silkie fowl soup and later on, enjoy the umami of stewed sea cucumber with sun-dried oysters with goose web. 

For extravagance and starting the Year of the Metal Rat right, order the Golden Prosperity Set at RM3,061.28 nett per table of 10 persons. Enjoy wagyu beef with edible gold leaf yee sang, before the family digs into the Prosperity Abalone Treasure Pot. Enjoy the fine texture and tasty white flesh of steamed live marble goby in superior soy sauce, and for dessert, hot cream of almond with bird’s nest and aloe vera. 

Each set table comes with a bottle of Wolf Blass wine, and a box of prosperity nian gao shaped in form of koi fish.
