Terms & Conditions for Partners 

– DineOut is agreeable to providing their platform for the use of selling tickets to events relating to pairings, tastings and/or gastronomical experiences in agreeance with the below stipulated terms and conditions.

– Partner is of the opinion that DiineOut has the necessary abilities, services to assist in selling their events in agreeance with the below stipulated terms & conditions;

– DiineOut will solely act as a payment platform for the prior stipulated event and will not be liable for any mishaps incurred before, during or after the event promoted;

– Partner will provide all necessary information & images for each event in the form provided and at a minimum of 14 days prior to event;

– All intellectual property and related materials produced/used under this agreement will be DiineOut’s property;

– DiineOut will be responsible for all bank and credit card merchant fees incurred by clients on DiineOut.com;

– Transfer of ticket sales (minus commission fees) can be expected 5-7 working days (or as swiftly as Malaysian Banking systems will allow) AFTER the event has passed;

– Refund Policies stipulated on DiineOut.com will be followed for all events;

– If the event is cancelled by the Partner, DiineOut will charge the commission on tickets sold according to the commission package chosen;

– Event listings submitted is subject to DiineOut’s Management approval. DiineOut reserves the right to accept or decline any event at our discretion, without given explanation. 

What constitutes as an event, which can be listed on DiineOut:

– Mentoring

– Workshops, and Masterclasses

– A Unique Food and/or Beverage Highlight

– one night only e.g. sneak peak / launching of new or monthly dish and/or menu
– once a week/monthly special e.g. seasonal sunday brunch
– pairing dinners with wines and/or spirits
– wines & spirits tasting events
– omakase cocktail / cocktail making event
– a special menu featuring a special ingredient and/or a thematic menu

Both parties are to abide to the commission package selected prior to event page publication until otherwise indicated through a written notice to DiineOut.

Basic Pack (5% Commission to DiineOut)

– Production of Event Page

– 1 x Social Media posting across all platforms (Facebook & Instagram)

– Payment Collection via

– DiineOut’s payment gateway

– Customer Guest List Management on behalf of Partner

– Compilation of Guest list with periodical updates

– Payment reimbursement to Organiser (minus commission)

Premium Pack (7.5% Commission to DiineOut)

– All of the above with the addition of:

– 1 x Dedicated Email-Flyer to DiineOut’s customer database

– DiineOut’s Social Media Marketing Campaign

** Dissemination date is at DiineOut’s discretion & subject to the materials provided Social media ads will include Facebook/ Instagram/ Youtube or all.

** Upon each transaction, DiineOut’s commission will incur on nett ticket price

** DiineOut reserves the right to alter or cancel any of the promotional campaigns without prior notice
