Savour the complex, yet refreshing notes of a Cap Royal Bordeaux Blanc 2017 or, as the meal progresses, a Chateau Petit-Village from the Pomerol fine wines region, in a menu carefully tailored by The Brasserie’s Executive Chef Pedro Samper.
