The Experience

Jing Ze Contemporary Asian Restaurant goes back to basics, using fire in a primal cooking style with Bakar Week!

Experience an exclusive, six-item menu, live-fired tableside this September 10 till 15, at Jing Ze, where Chef Nicholas Scorpion revisits simple traditional recipes, giving them a modern twist and creating new recipes in the process.

  • The experience will be deemed to have been delivered in its entirety as soon as it starts. From that point on, no refund requests will be entertained.
