David Jaegle is a wine industry expert with a wealth of experience. He started his journey with technical studies in viticulture-oenology in Rouffach, followed by specialized training in wine and spirits marketing. Over five years, he held roles including export manager and commercial director at the Ribeauvillé cooperative cellar. In June 2022, he reached a career pinnacle as the general director. Working alongside Ribeauvillé cellar’s president, Yves Baltenweck, David is dedicated to executing the cellar’s vision. He brings a rich background that includes time at leading wine producer Arthur Metz, with a focus on organizing events and sales. His passion for quality and innovation drives him to elevate the cellar’s standards. David’s journey from student to industry leader is a dream come true, and he’s poised to make a significant impact in the world of wine.

With a background in mechanical engineering from a prestigious Japanese university, Anthony has held leadership roles in both US Fortune 500 and Malaysian publicly listed companies. His unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit and analytical skills is complemented by a strong passion for wine. He continuously upgrades his knowledge through academic certifications and hands-on experiences. With extensive experience in Japan and Australia, Anthony offers a global perspective to provide high-quality, customized services in a unique way. Anthony holds a Level 4 WSET Diploma in Wines & Spirits from the prestigious WSET London School. He is a Certified WSET Educator and one of the first WSET-accredited Sake specialist in South East Asia. Additionally, he co-founded AYS Wine & Sake Co. This year, The Beverage Clique Academy expanded to Malaysia, naming Anthony as the Director and Principal Educator. He actively shares his passion for wine, spirits, and sake education while providing consulting services to the F&B industry.
