BULLDOG | ENGLAND
Alcohol Content: 40%

A delicious, straight- up English gin made with poppy, lotus leaves, citrus, almond, lavender, and various other botanicals including longan. This a four-times distilled in copper pot stills. Milder on the palate than most modern gins

BACUR | ITALY
Alcohol Content: 40%

Crafted by the iconic and historic Italian distiller Bottega, Bacur Gin is based on a recipe of botanicals including juniper, myrtle, sage and lemon zest, locally sourced from the surrounding Veneto region at the foot of the alps. Focused and expensive on the nose, perfumed notes of citrus, herbs, and spices feature prominently, along with plenty of juniper.

NORDES ATLANTIC GALICIAN GIN | SPAIN
Alcohol Content: 40%

This potpourri-smelling gin has a base spirit that is distilled from locally-grown Albarino grapes. The wines from the grapes is bright, almost botanical just on its own. Very floral. Botanicals include Sea Bean and surprisingly, eucalyptus. The first few sips might differ!

In a GT: With orange peel

AGRICOLO BLAGHEUR | ITALY
Alcohol Content: 47%

A particularly herbaceous and spicy gin from small Italian family brand Gin Agricolo. Expect notes of coriander, cumin and leafy mint. Exotic spices arrive first, shortly followed by coriander leaf and a cooling menthol note. Botanicals include mint and absinthe. Ideal to drink straight as an after- dinner drink or with tonic water.
