Enjoy an evening with Edward Gallagher, the creator of one of the world’s finest oysters and Sommelier Amy Leese, who has more than 18 years of experience in the wine trade.
Kick off the evening with a celebratory wine from Angove Winery in Australia followed by Saint Clair wines from the well-known region of Marlborough and a Chardonnay from Catena Zapata vineyard.

- If it is proven beyond doubt that an attendee is below the ‘minimum age’, (s)he will not be granted entry to the experience. No refunds, full or partial, will be issued.
- The experience will be deemed to have been delivered in its entirety as soon as it starts. From that point on, no refund requests will be entertained.
