Nerikiri is one of the most fundamental materials used in making Traditional Japanese Sweet Desserts (Wagashi) it is made from white kidney bean paste (Shiro-An) and Mochi (Gyuhi). It is soft and glutinous which allows you to mold it into various shapes.[vc_single_image image=”3802″ alignment=”center”]This workshop which is being held in The Cube @ Isetan, Level 3 of Lot 10 Shopping Center) has two different sessions for you to choose from:
