The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur’s star-studded Guest Star Chef Series – the cities’ most sought after culinary calendar – kickstarts its 2019 Guest Star Chef Series with Chef Sergio Meza of Villanos en Bermudas from Bogotá, Colombia.
Listed #15 on Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants, Sergio Meza will be at The Brasserie this January 24th – 26th.
As The Brasserie travels to Colombia with Meza, guests will be dining on a 7-course menu where some of the highlights include Shrimp with Vanilla, Macadamia and Pak Choy, Sole with Lettuce, Kale and Apple, Lamb with Beans, Avocado and Mustard and more.
