Terms and Conditions

1) Minimum age to experience Whimsy is 7 years old. Sharing seats is not allowed, regardless of age.

2) 10 pax per session. Seating will be allocated upon arrival and all guests will sit together.

3) Unique dining experience is for 90 minutes. Guests are required to register at the waiting Lounge at least 30 minutes before the time of the session that they have bought. Failure to reach on time will deem your admission as forfeited with no refunds given.

4) Kindly note that strictly no refund will be given, unless the experience is cancelled by the organizer themselves. 

5) Please take note that the projection is according to the schedule and it will not be replayed if you are late.

6) Menu is from Elements Kuala Lumpur, The Official Food Provider, it is carefully crafted and selected. Strictly pork free. If any changes are required, please write this in the order notes.

7) We strictly prohibit outside food or drinks. All guests will be subjected to a basic bag check.
