Traditional Asian cuisines and recipes are anything but, when it comes to Jing Ze, where tradition is revisited and instead, are given a new spin, inspired by Jing Ze’s Chef Nicholas Scorpion and his experiences travelling and working across nine cities.

For this event, enjoy a five course meal inspired with ingredients and styles across Asia, while diners get to select between a delectable roast duck dish or pork cutlets for their main course.
