This Barbaresco docg Pajorè comes from the Nebbiolo vineyards located in the municipality of Treiso. The total area of the vineyard is 41 hectares for an altitude ranging from 190 to 350 meters; The soil is composed of calcareous marl and clay.
It enjoys a consolidated fame thanks to the cult wines of Giovanni Moresco (today almost impossible to find) who first vinified it in purity in 1967.
Tasting Notes
Colour: Garnet with orange tinges.
Nose: A bouquet of red flowers, raspberry, cherry and delicate spicy notes.
Palate: The taste is structured, with velvety tannins. Great with game, braised or roasted meats. Extremely good aging potential.
Grape Varieties: 100% Nebbiolo
Aging: 24 months in oak barrels and ends with 6 months in the bottle.

38 years ago brothers Franco Pontiglione, Carlo Pontiglione and Giuseppe Priola, established the Belcolle winery; it was a dream that became true, it was a bet won.
