How to Replace the Coravin Needle

1. Remove – Grasp the Needle Grip and unscrew it to release the Needle from the System.

2. Install – Slide the pointed end of the new Needle back into the Needle Guide. Screw the Needle Grip into the System until it clicks into place.. You are ready to pour!

How do I know when to replace my Needle?
Please check the bottom of your Needle – where it inserts into the cork. It is time to replace the Needle when the non-stick coating begins to wear off and the Needle starts to appear silver in color.

We have a Timeless Needle to support many different situations. Please see below for details regarding each Needle. The following needles are compatible with the Model One, Model Two, Model Two Elite, Model Three, Model Five, Model Six, Limited Edition, Timeless Three, Timeless Six. History of Coravin

Greg Lambrecht, the founder and inventor of Coravin, combined his knowledge of medical-grade needles with his passion for wine to develop a unique wine preservation system that allowed him to pour wine without removing the cork.
