Nose: Fruity, racy and offers minerality. It reveals notes of cassis, small red berries and small notes of wild strawberry associated with small touches of liquorice as well as discreet hints of cardamom.
Palate: The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, gourmandize, a small juiciness, freshness as well as an acidulous frame. This wine expresses notes of fleshy cassis, black cherry and small notes of wild small red fruits associated with small touches of liquorice, tonka bean as well as discreet hints of sugared mild tobacco. Good length. Goes well with meat dishes, grill, game dishes, stews and carbonades.
