Tasting Notes
Colour: Clear, deep garnet with legs.
Aroma: Clean, pronounced intensity with aromas of dark chocolate, dark berries, vanilla, mint, fresh raspberry, minerals of crushed sea shells & complexity galore.
Palate: The palate is dry with medium plus acidity. Full bodied with lovely ripe tannins complemented by a vast mid palate and length on the finish. A decant is recommended.

Situated in the cool uplands of the North Mount Lofty ranges about 50km north of Adelaide, the vineyards of Jim Barry were established in Clare in 1959. This is a family run winery committed to producing quality wines through an innovative approach in viticulture and winemaking technology.
