Monsieur Fernand Whisky is an exceptional 100% French organic blended malt whisky, made from organic malted barley.
Distilled in a traditional copper still, the malt spirit is aged in old ex-cognac barrels. It is refined in Pineau des Charentes barrels.

Nose: Floral notes, pear, honey, vanilla, prunes, cinnamon and nuts
Palate: Very fine and delicious, with a creamy texture. The Pineau des Charentes cask finish brings opulence to the palate. After discovering roundness, comes seductive notes of candied fruits, dried fruits with an elegant expression of notes of honey , white flowers and vanilla .
Finish: Beautiful length, opulent and harmonious.
