Tasting Notes
Nose: Lots of herbal notes, primarily rosemary and mint.
Palate: Slight bitterness that comes alongside the green tea. Afterwards there’s a meadow-like grassiness.
Finish: Juniper with a touch of licorice, and you’re left with nice floral, minty finish.
