Created by Master Distiller Taihei Yamamoto, this single malt is a blend of bourbon and sherry casks from the Sakurao distillery, which opened in 2018 and is located on the Seto Inland Sea in the Hiroshima region.

Palate: Sweet vanilla with moderate bitterness and sourness.
Finish: Smoky, barrel fragrance with a long, deep, sweet aftertaste.
