Tasting Notes
Colour: Deep ruby
Aroma: Rich and highly perfumed with pronounced youthful aromas of violet, blackcurrant, blackberry, cassis, chocolate, tobacco, cedar with notes of sweet vanilla and oak spice.
Palate: Dry with concentrated black cherry, crushed blackberry, violet & damson on the palate. Full bodied with high acidity, super-ripe tannins and a long finish that resonates with eucalyptus. Tremendously good Shiraz!
