Colour: Medium ruby
Nose: Notes of Plum, Dark Berries and Chocolate
Palate: Medium to Full Bodied wine, generous fruit flavour – full of blueberries and a hint of pepper. Goes well with hard cheeses, peking duck and BBQ meats.
Grape Varieties: 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Shiraz
Aging: Shiraz grapes are picked from the Ubertas Estate vineyard and aged in used French barrels for 12 months.

Originally wine exporters, in 2014 the Liu brother took a century-old, run down vineyard and build it from scratch into a winery and cellar door. Through years of hard work, we’ve created organic, sustainably produced produced wine with their own rich and unique flavour.
