Tasting Notes
Nose: An earthy expression of Sangiovese offers aromas of black cherry, rose and eucalyptus notes
Palate: Delivers wild cherry, raspberry clove, savoury herb and liquorice alongside gripping tannins and firm acidity

Perfect companion to red meats, smoked, wood-roasted, braised or grilled. But its classic partner is the grilled T-bone steak in Florentine style. Best served at 18 degrees Celsius.
History of Valiano
Valiano is a Tuscan wine estate located at Castelnuovo Berardenga in the Chianti Classico zone, principally associated with red wines based on the Sangiovese grape variety. In 1995 it was bought by the famous Piccini family of Chianti and is managed and marketed as a distinct estate. The estate covers 230 hectares (570 acres) of which 70ha (173 acres) are planted with vines.
