The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur and Martell is proud to present a sensorial avant-garde dinner with 3 Michelin Starred Chef, Thomas Bühner from Germany!

“There is neither more an authentic nor intense a flavour, than the original, pure flavour of an ingredient”, says Michelin 3-starred chef Thomas Bühner, one of Germany’s top chefs for over two decades, having earned his Michelin stars in 1996, 1998, and 2011, with various other accolades across the world.

Savour a 6-course dinner prepared by chef Bühner with the pairing of a Martell CocktailMartell VSOP Aged in Red Barrels, Martell Cordon Bleu and Martell X.O!

This exclusive dinner which is inspired by jazz classics is taking place at The Brasserie @ The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur, hence you will enjoy the sounds of Herbie Hancock and Etta James as you take in each course.
