Mars Iwai Blue Label Whisky is a “Bourbon-inspired” dram. The mash bill is approximately 75% corn and 25% malted barley to facilitate fermentation and open up the floral aromatics. The Spirit is aged in ex-Bourbon casks as well, lending even more Bourbon flavors to each sip. The resulting Spirit is bottle in a double-hopped bottle at 40% ABV.

A premium blended whisky made from unique selection of over 30 different malt and grain whiskies from Speyside, Scotland. The blend is left to mature in Scotland for 6 years and then it travells to Jerez where it will be aged for 1 more year in old Pedro Ximenez casks.
NOMAD, over time, will absorb the native yeasts which are present in the atmosphere of the cellar, and it will be imbued with the tastes and flavours of the old Pedro Ximenez casks, previously used to age sherry, giving the whisky its unique character.

Amrut Fusion gets its name from the fact that it uses two barleys: Indian and Scottish – with the latter being peated for good measure. Fusion has been picking up awards ever since it first appeared in 2009, and in 2012 was named the best whisky for a Rob Roy in the Ultimate Cocktail Challenge in New York. it’s also a cracking whisky, offering up generous helpings of fresh fruit, honey, spice and a good whiff of smoke.

Glen Moray’s sherry cask finish richly illustrates expertise in finishing, a skill they’ve been honing for many years. Glen Moray begins by maturing the spirit in American oak casks for a traditional Speyside style then finished in Oloroso sherry casks, sourced from Jerez in Spain to add notes of dried fruity, nuts and spice. A whisky to be savoured both by long-time single malt fans and new drinkers alike.

Aged for 21 years, our whisky’s velvety style reflects all our time-honoured skills in marrying casks – techniques for which we’ve been renowned since our distillery began. Over the initial maturation in American oak casks the whisky develops an intense spicy sweetness. It is then finished over two years in Portuguese port wine casks, gaining rich, dark chocolate notes and full-bodied elegance. This unique balance of such contrasting casks, reveals a wonderfully complex dram.
