It is with the Brut Reserve that the House has expressed the quintessence of its style. To be even more qualitative, the juices are exclusively from the first press and the wine benefits from a slow and long maturation of 3 to 4 years, far beyond the norms of the region.
Colour: Deep golden hue. Delicate, vivacious and long lasting bubbles are the result of a long, slow maturing process in chalk cellars.
Aroma: A complex, elegant, voluptuous nose with a touch of freshly baked brioche, rish toasted notes and sun-drenched fruits – mango, apricot and mirabelle plum – accented by dried fruits, pistachios and almonds.
Palate: The texture is reminiscent of a crisp layer of nougatine on a velvety cream pastry, filled with plump red plums and ripe cherries. This wine is very lush while the finish unveils notes of praline and vanilla.
Grape Varieties: 40% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir & 20% Pinot Meunier
Awards: Silver – International Wine Challenge 2021; 93pts – Wine Spectator; 91pts – Decanter World Wine Awards 2020; 92pts – Wine Enthusiast; 93pts – Guia Penin
