Like the Brut Réserve, the Rosé Réserve is the result of meticulous attention and stands out for its unconventional character. The Rosé Réserve is also the result of juices from the first press only and, the wine benefits from a slow and long maturation of 3 to 4 years, far beyond the norms of the region.
Tasting Notes
Colour: A sophisticated powdery pink robe with luminous glints of wild rose. Delicate, vivacious bubbles are the result of an ageing period of over 48 months.
Aroma: The subtle, yet complex nose reveals initial fragrances of home-made strawberry jam mixed with the fruitiness of vineyard peaches. Warm velvety notes of gingerbread.
Palate: The deep powerful mouthfeel offers a burst of strawberry, raspberry and blackberry nestled in velvety whipped cream.

Charles Heidsieck is a prestigious Champagne producer. Its house style is structured and creamy, with a high proportion of reserve wine used in the Brut NV. Charles Heidsieck uses the three main Champagne grapes; Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, in the wines, and the grapes of which are now sourced from more than 200 growers throughout Champagne.
