Then join this comprehensive The Wine Language Series where you will learn from a pro and discover the intricacies of wine tasting, from proper tasting techniques to pairing with food and understanding the distinctions in wine regions.

In the first of 4 series:

Series 1: How to Taste Wine, this 3-hour session will cover the basics of wine tasting, including proper wine serving temperature, how to look at the colour, smell, and taste of wine. (FULLY SOLD OUT)

Series 2: Which Wine Glass to Use – In this session, we will learn about the different types of wine glasses and how the shape and size of a glass can affect the taste of wine.

By the end of the class, you will know how to write your own wine tasting notes and start to taste wine like a pro!

In coming months (date & time tbc), there will be 2 more upcoming Wine Language Classes covering the following:

Series 3: Wine and Food Matching Concept – This session will teach you how to pair different types of wine with various foods, including how to match the flavors and textures of both the wine and food.

Series 4: Wine Regions: New World or Old World – In the final session, we will explore the different wine regions of the world and learn about the unique characteristics of wines from the New World and Old World regions.

The Wine Language Series will be guided by Chris Low, a trained wine and spirits expert by the Wine & Spirits Education Trust and an Honorary Commander of the Order of Bordeaux Bontemps. With more than twenty years of experience in fine food, wines and hospitality, Chris serves as the Chancellor for the Jurade of Saint Emilion in Malaysia and is also the founder of MyWine Club, an association of wine connoisseurs in Malaysia where he shares his love & knowledge of Bordeaux wines!
