Palate: Dry, harmonious, fruity and velvety, elegant texture and a long finish.
Grape Varieties: Minimum of 70% Sangiovese and a maximum of 30% of Canaiolo and Merlot
Aging: Two years in large oak barrels from Slavonia oval a small part in French oak barrels. After bottling, wine aged in our temperature controlled cellars for at least 6 months before its release.

History of Carpineto
Founded in 1967, Carpineto farms 424ha of land that spreads over four estates located in the renowned Central Italian region in Tuscany.
