History of Ubertas
Ubertas means abundance, and it’s who we are – an abundance of flavours, culture and passion for showcasing unique Australian wine to the world.
Originally wine exporters, in 2014 the Liu brother took a century-old, run down vineyard and build it from scratch into a winery and cellar door. Through years of hard work, we’ve created organic, sustainably produced produced wine with their own rich and unique flavour.
